apan Oil is the country’s most important olive oil event, which hosts an international competition organised by the Olive Oil Sommelier Association of Japan (OSAJ), Japan’s only professional organisation for the training and certification of olive oil experts, independent of any trade body.

The jury, consisting of 21 experts from around the world, awarded all our oils the ‘Gold Medal’ in the 2016 edition.
