Three types of extra virgin olive (EVO) oil, the result of our work on the ground and in the mill. Each has its own characteristics, but all share an excellent quality that we are sure you will appreciate.
Grignano
monocultivar
Extra virgin olive oil produced from 100% Grignano olives. This is an indigenous cultivar from the east of Verona that has gained a worldwide reputation for its special flavour. The EVO oil obtained from it has floral aromas such as broom, with hints of pear, grape and apple.
The bitterness is very noticeable; the spiciness comes later but is definite.
It goes very well with vegetable soups or with both cooked and raw fish.

Nostran
blend di cultivar
Produced from the various cultivars on the farm, with a prevalence of Grignano, Leccino and Favarol; depending on the year, Gentile, Casaliva and Leccio del Corno may also be present.
The blend creates a delicate EVO oil with well-balanced bitterness and spiciness. The herbaceous fragrance, with hints of almond and tomato, make this product excellent for dressing raw but also for cooking.

Leccio del Corno
monocultivar
Cultivar typical of central Italy but which in recent years is also being grown in the north. Our company plated around 300 of these trees in the early 2000s.
The resulting oil is quite special: bitterness and spiciness are very pronounced; the nose reveals a delicate vegetal freshness of artichoke and herbs with hints of sage and mint.t.
t goes very well with grilled and wild meats.
