A long time has passed since the Menini family bought the first farms on these hills. It was the early 1700s.
The fruit of this long history is now a niche production, familiarly cared for in every step, of limited quantity but with impeccable quality.

Different EVO oils, different tastes

Not all olive trees are the same, not all soils are the same, and there is a way and a way to perform the processing that leads from olives to extra virgin olive oil. If you feel like learning more about these topics, we will be happy to briefly guide you through this interesting world.

the “cultivars”

We grow five varieties of olive trees (the cultivars) but we offer you three types of oil. Why? Because we have gained a deep understanding of the characteristics of each cultivar and the harmonies that are created between them.

Our territory

The olive oil tradition in the valley of Mezzane, in the hills east of Verona, dates back to the Middle Ages. The altitude, limestone soil and abundance of water have always made this area excellent for this crop.

From harvesting to pressing to bottling: we follow everything directly and with care, controlling and safeguarding the organoleptic quality of our extra virgin olive oils to the utmost.
